Cancellation Policy
Please take a second to read over my cancellation policy. ♥️
First let me say I do not double book my color appointments and therefore I’m holding and blocking 1-3 hours per client for most services.
With less than 48 hours notice it is extremely hard for me to fill spots.
If cancellation is same day or no show occurs you will be charged 50% of appointment. If less than 48 hours you will be charged a non refundable 30% cancellation fee as I will not be able to fill your appt space. Being a small business last minute cancellations make a big impact I hope you understand.
